The Standpoint Arena is a student-led debate platform built to make critical thinking, public speaking, and meaningful discussion more accessible and engaging.

We believe debate is more than competition. It is the ability to question ideas, defend perspectives, and understand people beyond surface-level opinions.

Founded by Spandan and Arav Sharma, TSPA brings together students who are curious, articulate, and unafraid to challenge ideas respectfully.

What We Do

-Organize regular debate sessions on contemporary and timeless topics

-Conduct workshops focused on argumentation, rebuttal, and public speaking

-Build a community where discussion remains thoughtful, competitive, and constructive

-Create opportunities for students to grow in confidence, communication, and leadership
